There's always problems with Valero stations for one reason or another. When I lived in San Antonio, the local news station did a report and discovered 70 something pumps had credit card skimmers on them. I simply don't trust them anywhere.

The word is out. That station will be out of business soon due to its bad rep!

If you have a Benz and a Range Rover you Shouldn't go to those Gas Stations anyhow, If you are on the Freeway at 3;00 at Night in a Blizzard 1mile from your House you don't put that Gas in your Car, You Call AAA and get Towed.

if water is leaking into the gas tank then it would stand to reason that gas is also leaking out of the tank

I have not seen yellow/golden gas in over 30 yrs, after 1990 gas was refined even more and it cleared right up.

Lol. State collects taxes on every gallon. State takes no resposibilily on the "gas" it taxes. So you can import pure gas Into this state and then cut it with oil and detergents after it gets here. Saving money on taxes.... yes? No?

Had this happen to me once after fueling up. Got about a half a mile down the road and the truck stopped. Long story short the owner of the station reimbursed me for damages, gas and gave me a gas card for all the trouble. I think he didn’t want to lose customers.

it would take 5 seconds after filling up to realize what happened. they would not get out of the parking lot

Maybe someone should look into whether the station carries product liability insurance. That would be a logical next step instead of all the whining going on.
